Effective date: October 2, 2026. These terms govern your use of crewframemarketing.com and the services provided by Digibase Solutions LLC, DBA as CrewFrame Marketing ("CrewFrame," "we," "us"). Digibase Solutions LLC is the parent company of CrewFrame Marketing, and references to "we," "our," or "us" in these terms include both Digibase Solutions LLC and CrewFrame Marketing. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

CrewFrame Marketing provides lead follow-up systems for builders and contractors, including AI calling agents, AI texting agents, CRM setup, reporting, database reactivation and reputation management.

2. SMS messaging terms

Program name: CrewFrame Marketing. Messages are sent by Digibase Solutions LLC, DBA as CrewFrame Marketing.

Program description: When you opt in on our website, you may receive text messages about your inquiry, demo bookings, appointment reminders, account and service updates, and, if you separately consent, marketing messages about our services.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Free trial and billing

• New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken until the trial ends and you choose a plan.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee applies unless waived under a qualifying upfront payment.
• Usage charges (calling minutes, text messages, phone numbers and add-ons) are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page.
• Because the free trial lets you evaluate results before paying, payments are non-refundable.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Your responsibilities

If you use our AI calling or texting agents to contact your own leads or customers, you are responsible for having the consent required by law (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier rules) before those contacts are made, and for honoring opt-out requests. You agree not to use our services for unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by CrewFrame Marketing or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is." Results shown, including case studies and statistics, are examples and not a guarantee of future results. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewFrame Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access to our services if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that violates law or carrier policies.
